CVE-2026-45312

CRITICALPre-NVD 9.99.9
EchelonGraph scoreMEDIUM confidence

This critical-severity CVE scores 9.9 under a secondary CVSS source (NVD's own analysis pending). EPSS exploit probability: 0.3%, top 78% of all CVEs by exploit prediction. GitHub Security Advisory data not yet ingested — confidence will rise once GHSA publishes (typical lag: hours to days for open-source ecosystem CVEs; never for infrastructure-only CVEs).

RAGFlow is an open-source RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) engine. In 0.24.0 and earlier, a Jinja2 template injection in the prompt generator (rag/prompts/generator.py) allows any authenticated user to execute arbitrary OS commands on the server. Any normal user can register, create a Canvas workflow with a DuckDuckGo + LLM component chain, and trigger the SSTI.
