OpenClaw is a personal AI assistant. In versions 2026.2.13 and below, when using macOS, the Claude CLI keychain credential refresh path constructed a shell command to write the updated JSON blob into Keychain via security add-generic-password -w .... Because OAuth tokens are user-controlled data, this created an OS command injection risk. This issue has been fixed in version 2026.2.14.
CVE-2026-27487
This high-severity CVE scores 8.0 under NVD CVSS v3. EPSS exploit-prediction score not yet available (the EPSS model rescores nightly; freshly-published CVEs typically appear within 48 hours). GitHub Security Advisory data not yet ingested — confidence will rise once GHSA publishes (typical lag: hours to days for open-source ecosystem CVEs; never for infrastructure-only CVEs).
- High severity, but no confirmed exploitation yet
No vendor fix yet — apply a workaround or compensating control (WAF / firewall / segmentation) and watch for a patch.
