VSee Clinic 7.1.26 and API 1.3.0 contain an Insecure Direct Object Reference (IDOR) vulnerability in the /v1.3.0/api/files endpoint. An authenticated attacker can manipulate the 'remark' request parameter to enumerate, retrieve, and delete files belonging to other users on the application server.
CVE-2026-13381
This high-severity CVE scores 8.7 under a secondary CVSS source (NVD's own analysis pending). EPSS exploit probability: 0.2%, top 88% of all CVEs by exploit prediction. GitHub Security Advisory data not yet ingested — confidence will rise once GHSA publishes (typical lag: hours to days for open-source ecosystem CVEs; never for infrastructure-only CVEs).
- High severity, but no confirmed exploitation yet
No vendor fix yet — apply a workaround or compensating control (WAF / firewall / segmentation) and watch for a patch.
